On May 21, 2026, Ambassador Zhou Limin visited Epiroc Sweden and exchanged views with Ms. Helena Hedblom, President and CEO of Epiroc, on deepening China–Sweden cooperation and investment in the mining industry. 

Ambassador Zhou commended Epiroc for its positive contributions over the years to promoting the development of China-Sweden economic and trade relations, and appreciated the company's strategic choice to continuously increase its investment in China. He expressed the hope that Epiroc would deepen its roots in the Chinese market, develop "ecosystem co‑building partnership" with its Chinese counterparts, leverage China's digital technologies, artificial intelligence and 5G technologies, to further integrate into China’s industrial and innovation chains, thereby enhancing its global competitiveness.

President and CEO Ms. Helena Hedblom introduced the company’s business development and cooperation with China, and highly commended China’s production and supply chains for their resilience and efficiency. She noted that the company is continuously learning from and advancing through China’s innovation practices, and will continue to leverage its strengths to achieve mutual development with its Chinese partners.
