On March 26, 2026, Ambassador Zhou Limin attended a webinar held by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China (SwedCham China) and delivered a keynote speech via video link. Ms. Elisabeth Lindström-Dupuy, Chairwoman of SwedCham China, and nearly 60 representatives from member companies attended the webinar. 

Ambassador Zhou highlighted the momentum of China’s innovation-driven and high-quality economic growth, and commended the contributions made by member enterprises of SwedCham China to the high-quality development of China’s economy. He noted that the 15th Five-Year Plan offers opportunities for enterprises from all countries. He expressed the hope that Swedish companies in China will help share compelling stories of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, continue to deepen their engagement in the Chinese market, enhance collaboration with China in areas such as green transition, AI+, and the silver economy, translate the opportunities of the “15th Five-Year Plan” into outcomes of practical cooperation, and promote steady and sustained development of China-Sweden economic and trade relations.

Ms. Lindström-Dupuy stated that Swedish enterprises in China have confidence in the Chinese market and its innovation strengths, and expressed their willingness to cooperate with China across more fields.

Ambassador Zhou also answered questions from the participating enterprises.
