On January 10, 2025, Ambassador Cui Aimin attended the Annual Conference of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Sweden (KHIS) 2025 by invitation. More than 50 people attended the annual conference, including Li Hongzhong, Chairman of the KHIS, and heads of member companies.

Ambassador Cui extended New Year greetings to all employees of Chinese enterprises in Sweden. He elaborated on the guiding principles of the Central Economic Work Conference, briefed on China-Sweden economic and trade cooperation, and expressed appreciation for KHIS’s positive contribution to promoting bilateral practical cooperation over the past year. He encouraged Chinese employees to increase their awareness of high-quality development, safety and security, and legal compliance, fulfill their social responsibilities, explore new ground, unlock their potential, and continuously advance the positive development of China-Sweden economic and trade cooperation.

Mr. Li Hongzhong, Chairman of KHIS, reported on KHIS’s work last year and its outlook for this year, and stated that KHIS will continue to strengthen itself and contribute more to elevate the economic and trade relations between China and Sweden. Some member companies shared their development experience in Sweden.

Before the annual conference, Ambassador Cui visited Senior Material Europe AB. He extended regards and New Year greetings to the frontline Chinese and foreign employees.
