Notice on Exemption of Filling in Health Declaration Card for Inbound and Outbound Travelers

  According to the relevant provisions of the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation rules, General Administration of Customs of China has decided that from midnight on November 1, 2023, inbound and outbound travelers will no longer need to fill in the Health Declaration Card. However, travelers who have symptoms of infectious diseases such as fever, coughing, breathing difficulties, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, subcutaneous hemorrhage of unknown cause, or have been diagnosed with infectious diseases shall voluntarily report their health conditions to the Customs, and cooperate with the Customs on screening and quarantine procedures such as temperature-taking, epidemiological investigation, medical screening, sampling and testing. If there is any concealment or evasion of screening and quarantine, legal responsibilities will be borned accordingly. Those who cause the spread of infectious diseases or have a serious risk of spread shall bear corresponding criminal responsibilities.
